Checks are consumed when prompts refresh within the monthly period. Weekly or monthly runs let the same quota cover more prompts. Ahrefs counts each region in the check volume; SEO Control credits remain valid without an expiration date.
Ahrefs includes the selected region in its check volume; Claude uses 8 checks per run. This example assumes one region and excludes Claude. SEO Control uses one credit for each successful request to one AI system.
